The Vision Miner 22 IDEX v4 is a high-temperature industrial independent dual extrusion (IDEX) FDM/FFF 3D printing system engineered for advanced polymer manufacturing, functional prototyping, and production-grade additive workflows. Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) Architecture

Open Material System
The platform supports a wide range of engineering and high-performance thermoplastics including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, nylon, carbon-fiber reinforced polymers, and ultra-performance materials such as PEKK, PEEK, PEI (Ultem), PPSU, and similar high-temperature polymers (material success depends on configuration and process control).
Thermal and Production Stability
The system is designed with an actively heated chamber, high-temperature nozzle capability, and controlled airflow management to support dimensional stability and layer adhesion in advanced materials that require elevated thermal conditions during printing.
