Liqcreate Separation Model - 1kg
SEPARATION MODEL
Liqcreate Separation Model is a specialized photopolymer resin for 3D-printing dental models that exhibit non-adhesion performance toward acrylic-based materials. It is compatible with most open-material DLP, MSLA, and laser-based 3D-printers operating at wavelengths between 385-405nm.
Printed parts exhibit good accuracy, matt surface finish, and predictable separation behavior, making it ideal for orthodontic appliances and other cold-cure acrylic system workflows for direct polymerization on printed part.
Key Benefits
- Non-adhesion toward acrylic
- No need for separating agent
- Matt surface finish
- Good accuracy
POLYMER PROPERTIES SEPARATION MODEL
Liqcreate Separation Model is specifically engineered for ortho dental model applications, making it exceptionally well-suited for situations where the model comes into direct contact with acrylic. This material is rigid and has non-adhesive properties when in contact with acrylic, ensuring a clean and reliable separation.
