  • High-Temperature Performance: Crafted from a specialized high-temperature copper alloy with a softening point well above 500°C, this heater block allows for printing advanced materials like Ultem and PEEK. Its superior thermal conductivity ensures rapid and consistent heating. 

  • Nickel Plating: The advanced nickel-based plating significantly reduces plastic adhesion to the block, maintaining cleanliness and performance, especially crucial at temperatures exceeding 300°C where silicone socks cannot be used. 

  • Enhanced Flow Rates: The SuperVolcano block provides up to 11 times the volumetric flow rate compared to the standard V6 HotEnd, facilitating faster and more efficient printing. Compatibility: Fully integrated into the E3D ecosystem, it is compatible with V6, Hemera, Kraken, and Lite6 setups, offering versatility for various 3D printing configurations.
