Due to the metal content, the printed objects are heavier and have a more authentic feel as if they were made of metal. These prints can be further enhanced by sanding or polishing, thus creating beautiful and unique pieces.
Because they have a higher density than standard PLA filaments, the objects feel less like plastic and more like metal. They are highly durable.
If you require a dull, matte finish then simply don’t polish the prints which look like cast metal fresh from the mold. 3d printing in this type of filament has many uses such as in jewelry making, props, costumes, figurines, and robots.
Serious designers, as well as hobbyists, will enjoy printing with these filaments.
