Ordered two of these and am very pleased with them. Super easy to apply, I left the Magnetic sheet and the flex plate together when I installed it. Started from the back by peeling back a couple inches of the backing, aligning to the glass plate, then lifting up the front I pulled the rest of the backing out and rolled the plate and sheet down towards the front to avoid trapping any air. Perfect, no bubbles to remove. The strength of the magnet sheet is less than magnetic beds and also less than the same sized Wham-Bam magnetic sheet BUT it does hold pretty good. I really doubt it will be a problem with the huge surface area on the Ender 5 Plus. PEI is a great surface and having both smooth and a course texture is great. I love the finish you get with the rough side, no trace of your print lines if you get you "squish" just right. I will rarely go back to a ridgid build plate but if I need to I can just flip the assembly over and have bare glass to print on. I installed one the coated side on one printer and on the non-coated side on the other printer so I had all options available in the future. The only awkward bit is the Ender 5's use of the spring clips, I am planning to try using silicone calk in spots on the perimeter of the ender aluminum plate and glass. Outside edge, NOT sandwiched between the glass and aluminum! That way I may be able to avoid the awkward spring clips.

Parts pop off so much nicer than the glass bed.
