Do I need a special nozzle for carbon fiber PETG+?

It is recommended to use a hardened or abrasion-resistant nozzle, as carbon fiber can wear down standard brass nozzles over time.

Is carbon fiber PETG+ stronger than regular PETG?

Yes, it offers increased stiffness and rigidity, making it better for structural and load-bearing applications.

Is this filament harder to print than standard PETG?

It is slightly more demanding due to its composition but remains easier to print than many engineering-grade materials.

Does carbon fiber PETG+ reduce stringing?

The added fibers can help reduce stringing and improve overall print definition compared to standard PETG.

What types of projects benefit most from this material?

Structural parts, engineering prototypes, and lightweight components benefit most from its added stiffness and strength.

Is the finish different from standard PETG?

Yes, it produces a matte finish that helps hide layer lines and gives prints a more professional appearance.
