Usage Instructions

Heat the hot end to the appropriate temperature for the filament causing the clog.
Carefully insert the needle into the tip of the nozzle, ensuring it remains straight to avoid bending or breaking.
Gently move the needle up and down through the nozzle a few times to clear the jam.
Attempt to extrude filament again to ensure the clog is resolved.

For more persistent clogs, a nozzle cleaning drill may also be useful in restoring optimal nozzle performance.

Compatibility

The 0.3mm diameter nozzle cleaning needle is an effective tool for clearing minor jams in hot end nozzles of 0.3mm or larger. It is compatible with popular 3D printer models such as the Creality CR-10, Wanhao Duplicator i3, and many others featuring 0.4mm and 0.3mm nozzles.
