3D Printers, Washing/Curing Stations, Laser Engravers and some parts and accessories, do not qualify for Free or Subsidized Shipping.
We deliver within and outside Canada globally. For deliveries within Canada, we use different courier services such as UPS, and Canada Post. The shipping costs are calculated automatically by each carrier and are final. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense. 3D Printing Canada is not responsible for any delays of your shipment by couriers.
PO Boxes
If you provide us with a shipping address that includes a PO Box, please be advised this can only be processed with Canada Post or United States Postal Service. This may result in additional shipping costs, or cancellation of your order.
Order Processing Time & Delivery ETA
We always try our best to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days unless otherwise communicated. Once processed, delivery times may vary by third party courier and service chosen at checkout. Please note delivery times provided by the couriers are estimates and never guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due unforeseen circumstances, and 3D Printing Canada is not responsible for any delays of your shipment by couriers.
Free/Subsidized Shipping
We offer free shipping in Canada for orders over $125 CAD and in the continental USA for orders over $95 USD, before taxes. This free shipping applies if the shipping cost is no more than 15% of your order value. Due to rising shipping costs to some locations/cities and increased fuel surcharges, some orders may not qualify for free shipping.
If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout. If your order does not meet the minimum requirements for free shipping, a subsidized shipping option will be offered at checkout.
Bambu Lab 3D printers & parts, Creality 3D Printers, Washing/Curing Stations, Laser Engravers & XTool Laser Engravers are not eligible for Free or Subsidized Shipping.
We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping method.
Purchase Orders
Please note that free shipping does not apply to purchase orders. While we strive to offer competitive pricing and a range of benefits, our free shipping option is available only for orders placed directly through our standard online checkout process.
Using a Third Party Shipping Account
If you request a shipment to be processed using your account with a carrier, 3D Printing Canada is not responsible for any errors related to pricing, package pick-ups, package delays, lost packages, and shipment insurance. For orders over $100, additional insurance charges may by added to the cost of shipping to cover the full value of the order.
Shipping Notes
Prior to checkout, please note any specific shipping related details in the notes section of your order, including any specific carriers you wish to use, or wish not to use. Our shipping team will try their best to accommodate your requests, however these are requests, and not guaranteed.
Signature Required/Notice for Pick Up
Depending on the value of your order, we may set your order to require a signature upon delivery, or have the carrier direct our customers to pick up their orders at the local post office. This extra security may be added at the discretion of the shipping team, at time of processing your order. This is strictly to protect our customer's purchases and ensure they get delivered into the correct hands.
Protecting Your Privacy
For our customers protection, when the billing and shipping addresses differ on an order, we reserve our right to ask for supporting documentation if necessary to complete your order prior to processing the shipment.
Tracking Deliveries
A tracking number will automatically be provided to you after an order has shipped, and you will also receive an email confirming your tracking number. Please note, some shipping methods may not have proper tracking options.
Failed Deliveries:
Please note if an item fails to be delivered to you after several items because no one was home to receive the package, the courier will return the package back to us at our expense. In case of this, we will try to contact you and make arrangements to deliver the package again. The additional charges incurred due to re-shipping will be forwarded to you, the customer.
Out of Stock & “Sold Out” Products
In rare scenarios, if any part of a product you ordered is out of stock we will either refund you or will flag your order as “partially fulfilled.” It means that as soon as we have the item back in stock, we will ship it out to you immediately.
In case of products marked as “Sold Out.”, you may expect them to be available again within 4-6 weeks. You may contact us for more up to date information about the availability of any item that has been sold out.
Order Pick-Ups
Customers are welcome to come by our retail location and pick up their orders at the pickup location. Simply choose the “Local Pickup” option at the checkout page. Please bring your email confirmation and an ID to pick up your package.
Damage, Loss or Theft Policy
By selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you Shipping Insurance protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
