Printed fine initially(a few multi day prints) but then started under extruding. Changed out bowden to capricorn, replaced stock struder with Microswiss, ABL offset, E-steps, stepper drivers, and z-screw all needed calibration. M200 D 0 needed to turn off volumetric(nothing can be done with touch screen, you have to do everything firmware related with pronterface). Turns out the filament tension arm was microscopically fractured by the brass inset nut.I replaced it with an aluminium one. This was what caused all my under extruding problems, but just as well because it forced me to correct a number of other issues by discovery. Also, it only reads card files with less than 15 characters in the title, so be prepared to rename everything! But once you work the kinks out, its a fine printer.

Love my Ender 5P, print like a champ!

this printer was great and easy to set up. It has a large print area for a good price. the noise is quite loud but there is a upgrade available so I think I will try that in the future. but for the build size this printers price this is well worth it.

Needs a few upgrades out of the box, but with a direct drive microswiss extruder, you've got an ultra high end machine for $1000.
Great deal

Instead of investing in my older 3D printers, I decided to purchase this printer. My choice was based on research and help from the staff at the store.
Set up is pretty easy as long as you watch the video (the instructions included in the box are terrible). I had some horrible starts to printing but the staff at 3D Printing Canada helped me upgrade the tubing and connectors to deal with the issue. Once it is levelled, the printer is pretty stable. Good choice as long as you ask questions and do the upgrades.

overall the build process went fine some hiccups here and there. The filament run out sensor has issues unless the filament is perfectly straight and takes some "encouragement" to get through the sensor and extruder into the bowden.
first test prints seem fine.
Kind of wished creality included the silent board with this printer considering the price.
But so far i have been pleased with it.

Very solid printer. Only issue was I received mine with a pretty badly warped hotbed and glass plate and a broken blade on the heat sink fan. Jason did a good job helping me try to resolve the bed leveling issues via tech support(in spite of some lost emails) and offered to replace the fan. The bed leveling is better (not great) but no fan. When I emailed twice about the replacement fan, no response. Very disappointed. If not for these two issues the printer would have been 5 stars no contest.

Easy to assemble, easy to level, and working great right out of the box. Strangely enough, this thing prints better than my Prusa MK2S does right now. Impressive feat!

Your service was excellent. Received less than 48 hours after ordering. Packaging is outstanding and assembly was simple. First prints were very good also. I have an Ender 5S which is relatively silent by comparison so it is a mystery why they would step backward here as this is a very noisy machine. That would be less of an issue except the large format gives potential for longer print-times and can be distracting if you don't have an isolated work area. If you like the cube fame design and want a huge print volume, that issue ca be addressed if desired.
