I wish we didn't have to buy this just to make sure we get what we ordered. Paying for this protection only limits my order size to less then $200. It kinda forces my to order products from several different vendors just to make sure that I receive my order in a timely fashion. Customer's nowadays aren't willing to wait they will just go elsewhere.

Super piece of technology, although it took some time to set up, but I was able to be productive immediately.

I don't trustshipping services with anything worth more than $20, so I regularly get this protection. I usually buy a minimum of $100 worth of filament at a time and if anything were to happen in transit this protects me.

Ordered a P1S to go along with my X1C and it’s been great machine right out of the box. Easy setup and it’s been slice and print right out of the box. 10 out of 10 would buy again.

I chose the insured option on this occasion because I had ordered several spools. It was delivered without incident (as is usually the case) so I can't really say whether the insured option is good or bad.

I've purchased a Reality K1C printer and 2 PLA rolls of filament prior to my most recent purchase of 2 more rolls of PLA filament. As a 70 year old newbie to the 3D printing genre I am absolutely thrilled with the entire process. Ordering, receiving, quality of product, payment, shipping and utility were all fabulous for both the initial purchase and the eventual use of the printer and filament. If you are looking to expand your horizons with a purposeful new hobby, I recommend you acquire a 3D printer and filament from 3D printing Canada.

This printer is fantastic. But what is better then the printer was the customer service. I emailed about availability of the bambu labs p1s, because the website said coming soon. Within half hour I got an email back saying when the printer would be available and shipped by. Again I email back saying thank you and that I had placed an order. Again within 10 minutes I received and email back saying their shipment was late and was pushed back a day. Fantastic customer service with quality products. Fast shipping with great tracking. 10/10 would use this company for big or small purchases Again. The printer itself came very well packaged and no damage. Setup was easy and prints are flawless. Noise level on this printer is a bit louder then other. But with some printed parts and diy it's silent. I would Again recommend a bambu labs printer and this company for any 3d printing needs!
