After two failed repair attempts, and a 9-month wait, anycubic send me a replacement motherboard. There is a lack of competent technical support staff in my area when it comes to resin printer repair.

Great service! I dropped off my K1 Max with some quality printing problems and a faulty camera. In a timely fashion the printer was repaired and returned. The cost was less than I was expecting and the printer is printing like new.

I dropped my 2 year old printer off for a repair. The evaluation revealed 2 major problems and authorized the repair. Following picking it up the prints it was producing were excellent.
A problem developed. I sent a photo and a description of the problem. I promptly received a response offering me a free replacement part. I could either have it installed by 3D Canada for a 30 minute labour charge or I could accept the $10 shipping charge and do the install myself following instructions they provided. I chose the self install and the part arrived within 2 days. Now to install it.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service here. Initially made the mistake of taking my printer to another repair shop and that was a huge mistake. 3DPC spent the time explaining and fixing the damage the previous computer service center did. But the customer service continues to be beyond expections. I will not trust another service shop with my printers and it's worth to me the 2hrs drive for the experience and expertise knowledge by all the staff here. Show floor staff are incredibly knowledgeable with their products and are willing to assist with questions and suggestions for my needs. 3DPC is the gold standard when it comes to any 3d printing needs. Highly recommend! Just wish they had a closer location.

I found the people at the front desk to be very friendly and personable. Everything about the store was better than expected, it was bright and open and easy to walk through and very professional (A lot of technological repair places feel like you're in a college dorm room or teenagers basement). They listened while I explained the problem, they were careful with my items, they sent updates as to what the problem was and what the different repair options were, they sent the damaged parts back to me at the end (which I really appreciated) everything was done within the timeline they quoted or earlier. I could not be happier

My only concern was that I was charged a fee to upgrade some software. I bought a machine and one part wasent working.
It was found that software needed to be changed in order for this part to work. I would have thought this would be done before I bought the machine. I bought the machine brand new so it should have been working then.

My experience with the technical support staff was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best customer service I have seen ANYWHERE! I was the only person there so I had the help and attention of 3 knowledgable people to help my problems. They also explained everything going on very well and fixed more problems than I knew I had (broken extruder lever, faulty BlTouch, etc). Definitely recommend this service, it'll save you a million headaches for sure.

As usual, the lads and ladies took great care of my machine and turned it around in record time. After about 3000 hours of operation some failure was inevitable, but thanks to the excellent support I continue to receive from 3dPC, my downtime is minimized and my costs are well within tolerance.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to live in the same city, so when I have an issue with one of my printers, I can take the machine in to have the techs at 3D Printing Canada look at it, and get it resolved (or to have an upgrade installed). I would 100% recommend the team to anyone having issues. Either in person, on through one of the other methods of reaching them.

Super happy with my experience. I got 2 hours of insight on how to better care for my Prusa while also getting it back in printing form after 3 months of struggling. My extruder upgrade to BondTech needed some wiring wizardry, and we were able to precisely get the bed levelled and print adhesion!
